I have recently installed XP Pro on my Tiny Pentium 2 PC. Since installation I find that on shutdown the computer shuts down to a blank screen but the cooling fan keeps running untl I switch off at the mains. Is this normal or should I look for something to assist. (I have tried everything on the power saver in 'my computer')

Your computer is slightly dated, may not be fully compatible with XP. See if in Power Options there is an option to enable APM. Otherwise, click here for ideas.
