when i shut down my pc a message appears as follows:dw caused an invalid page fault in module.kernal.32dll at 015f:bff7b9e3:
im also having the message unhandled exception cooooo5 appearing?

could well be dw.exe - downloadware (search google & you'll get some results...)
visit ad-aware website for more useful info on downloadware.
Other sources suggest Dr Watson (part of Windows diag/reporting tools) but I'd be inclined to check out the downloadware probs first

try a google search for "dw" "invalid page fault" "kernel32.dll"
you may find reference to a program called downloadware (an application often bundled with P2P fileshare apps or other "free" programs).
