Using the formula below from an article in PCAdvisor issue 59 August 2000 page 221 I was able to shut down windows98 at a specified time.

C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE shell32.dll,SHExitWindowsEx 1x3

I have now upgraded to windowsXP and find that the formula no longer works and produces the message "error in shell32.dll. Missing entry:SHExitWindowsEx"

Can any one tell me what is wrong and how I can shut down windows and turn off my computer automatically ?
