please can someone tell me,when using Word 2003,and click on File in the toolbar, what I need to do so that it shows all the options and not have to click on the down arrow to show the rest. On a different computer I'm sure I changed it to show all the options, but cannot remember what I had to do.

1. From Microsoft Word , choose "Tools", then "Customize".
2. When the "Customize" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, choose "Options".
3. Check "Always show full menus".
4. Press "Close"

Good luck..

Thanks from me too - I have been wondering exactly the same thing but have never bothered to look for the answer!
