Should I Download this Driver ?

I run Windows XP. Windows Update tells me I should download a Driver for my nVidia GeForce 2MX-400 64, but if I go to the Supported Hardware link in Update it is not listed. The nearest is GeForce 2MX.
The download is quite big at 12MB's and a 53 minute timer. I do not know whether I should do this with my Driver not being specically listed although it seems the Update states I should. What should I do please ??

The best and latest updates for your graphics card are to be found on the nvidia site. these will be newer versions than those on the Windows update site.

PS - I should also have said that nvidia drivers are "universal" - that is, they cover a wide variety of card versions - yours fits within the general category of GeF2MX cards.
