I created several shortcuts to various things in XP,using previous thread suggestions, only the PCA search is acting dumb again,so can someone please tell me what to type into the "Run" box to create a shortcut to services please,so I can recreate my Desktop shortcuts(before my scanners lamp fails)

TICKED!! come back.

Type these into run for a BIG list.

Try typing these in a command prompt for some lists

dir %windir%\system32\*.cpl

dir %windir%\system32\*.msc

dir %windir%\*.exe

dir %windir%\*.com

dir %windir%\*.vbs

dir %windir%\*.js

dir %windir%\*.cmd

dir %windir%\*.bat

I cannot click "Start" on my puter,I found out howto change its colour/text and a host of other things,so its presently black with the word "PIG!" and when you put the mouse pointer on it,it changes to red, then when you click the button it turns blue.
