Shortcut for e-mail address

  jwilly 20:21 25 Apr 03

Anyone tell me how to set up a shortcut/hotkey to be able to instantly with one or two keyboard presses enter my e-mail address when logging on to sites, making purchases, downloading etc etc. I know of course that I can copy to the clipboard, but this is lost on shutting down or copying other items to the clipboard. I wanted to have this facility across all the software on the computer ( I know in Word you can store more than one item). I am operating Win 98.

A new feature in Opera is the Wand that remembers your log-in details when you revisit that page. Just Control Enter to log on.

Keyboard macros also very flexible and work in all applications.

Thanks for the lightning responses. Tried Speedtyping 1.4, and seems perfect for my needs. Will explore the other recommendations for comparing functionality.
What a great site!!

Speedtyping is a very handy little tool, isn't it?
It was actually included in the reply to another posting some time ago, so I can't take any credit for finding it.
