We work from home on two PC's which share a broadband connection through a Netgear router.

Both systems are 2.4Ghz AMD 4000+ and 2.6GHz AMD FX62.

Both run Windows XP Pro, SP2; Office Pro 2003 etc. etc.

We need to integrate/share our calendars so we can book appointments which register on both calendars, change appointments/details so the changes register on both calendars etc. etc.

I'm sure there is an easy way to do this but I got lost when reading MS exchange servers etc.?

Do we need to pay for this? Surely we can share the calendar and files etc. on our own little network without paying or setting up hugely complex this that and the others.

I daren't put any more keyword searches on the net as it comes up with all sorts of complexities etc. and I can't see the simple solution for all the technical bobbins.

Please someone tell me the simple ABC's on this issue.

Many thanks
