Sharing Outllok 2000 in Windows 98

I have recently re-installed Windows 98 and loaded office 2000 including Outlook. Previously I had 3 accounts for different members of the family set-up in outlook. When one was receiving mail is could be seen when you logged on as a different user. Now we do not all seem to sharing outlook and sent and received mail can only be seen by the one who downloaded it!

This was not the case before.
Does anyone have any ideas?

You need to create a new profile for each user. Will post later with details....

Hi Smiffy

I have created 3 profiles from the control panel - users. but they are not all seeing the received mail.

They can all use Outlook 2000 but whoever downloads the mail is the only one who sees it.
