Is there any software out there that can help me track what my son/daughter are logging onto? Time accessed/website/keystrokes etc?

is the history folder on the top of internet explorer...

failing that the only other way is to pay for some softare from companies like this click here or some of the other available....

If you go to IE's Tools>Internet Options>Content tab you can rule what websites can be visited or not as the case may be.

But it may not be sufficient for computer savvy youngsters....

Thanks Belatucadrus, That looks more or less what I was looking for.

Others, Thanks anyway but not a fan of History listings or IE Options.
