shared user internet access

Hi everyone, running xp home, want to set an xp user account for my granddaughter (10years) with limited access, know how to set the new account, but can't seem to figure out how to allow her to access my bt b/b account. my access is running through a d-link wireless net. hope someone out there understands what i mean. we can switch users to her account, but can't access the internet, when trying to log in get the modem not found error, help greatly appreciated.

When you log in a new account and click IE the first time, network setup wizard should kick in and then you can select Connect to Net through Local area network (because you use a router).
