i have a 3 months old e machine from Dixons. On start up the screen is what can only be described as jittery or moving ,this clears after approx 10 minutes.Has anyone else experienced this?Is it normal?Or is this a call to Dixons,re a checkover under warranty.

warranty check advised looks like slow warming capacitors in either power supply or line output stage

Make sure your speakers are not too close to the monitor as the magnets sometimes affect the display.

Agree with johnnyrocker! Inky's advice is correct, but the shaking of display would be present all the time, not just in warm up, if this was the cause. j.

Thanks all who replied sounds like the capacitor warm up theory and a call to Dixons.
