Setting program 2 run automatically in system tray

I've recently downloaded "Bandwidth monitor" to keep an eye on how much traffic I am using on the net. It only works if it has been opened to run in the system tray. Is there any way I can set the windows boot up system to automatically load it each time it turns on? That way, I can have a safety net for my dodgy memory!
Thanks

Click on the Bandwidth Monitor icon and keep the mouse button depressed. Drag it onto the Start button, then onto All Programs, then onto Startup. Release the mouse button. It should now run automatically when Windows is started.

Thanks for this...and of course it was you that recommended Bandwidth monitor in the first place. Thanks.
