setting up outlook

please help
my girfriend has recently bought a laptop home for work and needs to connect to her work mail server through my broadband account. i have all the details but out look refuses to send emails.i can recieve them fine just not send them

You will only be able to send through your own ISP. Change the SMTP setting to the same as your account and it should work.

it did but refuses now. my isp is aol and when i ring them they just say thedont support outlook

That is correct,AOL do not support Outlook, unless you upgrade (pay more). I suggest using GMAIL, as it works OK and it is free.You could use HOTMAIL, but that tends to collect a lot of spam.

I would also suggest a GOOGLE search
[type in EMAIL], for a list of providers.

canr understand as it did work.
she needs to recieve her mail of the work server and reply to it so it looks like it came from her work.
we had it set up recieving from her work and sending on aol. i do nto have aol software installed
