I currently run Windows XP with Office 2000, my ISP is telewest.

I am trying to work my way through the wizzard to set up Outlook to read my e-mail address from telewest (blueyonder.co.uk).

I am getting stuck on the page where is asks what my incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) servers is and what my Outgoing mail (SMTP) is.

Please can anyone explain to me in simple english what I am supposed to type in these fields.

POP3: pop3.blueyonder.co.uk

SMTP: smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

pop is your incoming server from blueyonder

smtp is the outgoing.

fill it in as:

pop3.blueyonder.co.uk

smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
