set up computer as public IP and expose to interne

How can I set up the computer(win XP) and router in order to expose the computer to internet .
So, public can fto in and out to this computer .
The computer is connect to the router that use PPPOE to access internet .
The computer is connected the router by direct cable
The router is TP link TL-WR740N.

You will need to give the PC that's hosting the FTP server a fixed IP address in your LAN (Local Area Network) and forward Port 21 in the router's settings to that IP address.

Unless you have a static IP address allocated by your ISP, you will also need to use a service such as "Dynamic DNS" click here to provide a URL that will work regardless of the changing IP addresses allocated by your ISP.

Hi, aswell as DynDNS you could also use your own domain (url) if you purchase one then you can set up namecheap as a free dns app.
