Server has unexpectedly terminated the connection

Hi

I have broadband through Orange / Wanadoo.

If I don't use Internet / e-mail for about 10 minutes I get this message

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.wanadoo.co.uk', Server: 'pop.wanadoo.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"

If I log out and back in again everything is fine, until in has 10 minutes of inactivity and it locks up again.
Anyone got any ideas on what to do?

Do u have a firewall such as Norton personal forewall?

Set your Mail Program to check for Mail every five minutes
