seperate tracks from downloaded album

does anyone know how to seperate the tracks from a downloaded album from winmx, so after i have downloaded it to an mp3 player i can flick from track to track

You could do it manually or try to find suitable software to split the tracks from each other.

you can do it using nero by changing the start and stop times off the track......but you will find its a bit long winded

You can try converting it to a WAV file using Windows Media Player or Audio MP3 Converter (shareware) then open the WAV file in Waveflow (also shareware)this will allow you to split the tracks then convert the two separate files back to MP3using Audio MP3 Converter. Sounds a bit long winded but it works. I am sure that there is media software out there that will do it and I guess that someone out there knows a way.
