sending photos via e-mail

I have sent a couple of photos via e-mail recently. When I viewed my e-mail to see if it worked I clicked on the attachment then clicked onto one of the icons underneath the photo called "next image right arrow". For some reason this brought up numerous pictures or parts pictures of websites, some we recognised some we didn't.

My worry is, have these images been sent with my photo attatchment to my mail recipients or are they just on our computer.

I think it will just be on your PC. If you had deleted the pic you sent it would not have been able to find it. The email link searches your PC for the pic when you asked it to open.

Hi, just a note - but when sending pics by email, I have always found it better to send them as Inserts rather than as Attachments.

If you download Picasa (free, Google programme) you can e-mail pictures directly from there. Very easy and shrinks the pics to a sensible size for e-mailing.
