sending email on different ISP

Am at a family member's house in Singapore. They have a problem - main internet access is with broadband ISP who does not support email. Email dial up isp does not allow to SEND (but allows RECEIVE) from thier different isp. Have suggested workround - tools, internet options, connections, always dial... to send from OE outbox, then back to never dial... for surfing and recieving. Does anyone know a better way of configuring IE/OE for this problem?

Yes. they can also use a web-based email account from thier current email providor - I guess that might be the best solution.

Agree, either Hotmail or Yahoo Mail, whilst not being the ideal answer, would overcome the send problem.
