Send to mail recipient stopped working

If I try to right click on a file in Windows Explorer and select "Send to" and "Mail Recipient" nothing happens; up until earlier today this would have opened a new email with the file attached and awaiting an address to send it - now nothing. I am using XP SP3 and Outlook 2003. Any ideas as to what has gone wrong?

Not using Xp or Outlook but I imagine it's to do with Internet Explorer and Outlook 2003 not being default. Most probably you've got another browser that is set as default. Have a look at your settings, from memory it's something like, start, then on the right hand side you should have something like default programs. Hope that helps.

Firefox and Outlook 2003 are set as defaults. I resolved the problem by doing a system restore and, touch wood, all is back to normal and working.
