Send e-mails

BT seems to have changed their e-mail usage policy. I set up my e-mail address 8 years ago using Clara.net and I use BT broading as my ISP. But recently i've found I can't send e-mails anymore using outlook express. I get the following message. The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was [email protected]'. Subject 'Test', Account: 'pop.clara.net', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 authentication required - Your email could not be sent. To fix this you must make a simple change to your email (known as SMTP authentication). For advice visit click here or call 0800 328 9968', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78. I can recieve e-mails I just can't send any. How can I get round this

Start oe - go Tools - Accounts - click the account we are going to change - Properties - Servers - put a tick in the box "My server requires authentification"
