Select Microsoft excel Time series Data

Please help me how to select time series excel data. ie:
date time data
15/7/03 00:00:00 25.36
15/7/03 00:00:30 12.63
15/7/03 00:01:00 25.36
17/7/03 00:01:30 15.88
15/7/03 00:02:00 36.11
17/7/03 00:02:30 41.22
17/7/03 00:03:00 25.33
..........................
..........................
I will like to select the hourly data only. Please help me provide the function .

There are probably several ways of doing this.

One way is to add an extra column and enter the formula

=MOD(24*B2,1)

(assuming that your times are in Column B).

Copy this formula down as fat as necessary (hover the cursor over the bottom right of the cell until it turns into a + then hold down the left mouse button and drag down).

Assuming that the column you have just added is D, select all the cells in Column D, Data/Autofilter.

Click the arrow that is added to the top of Colunm D and select 0 from the list. This will hide all the rows that contain times that are not hourly.
