Security settings in Outlook Express

Hi all,
Recently my Outlook Express (Windows 98se edition) has decided to remove any attachments that are sent to me. I have even sent it things from my work address which have been scanned for virus's and it still deletes them. If I forward a message from my 3e-mail account it removes them as well. If I go onto my account from my computer at work then everything comes through fine, but if I go through my Outlook Express at home, I cannot receive any attachments. The message says "Outlook Express has removed access to an unsafe attachment". But if it has already been scanned then it IS safe, so what is the program playing at?

I have had a look for an option to lower security settings like with IE, but can't find it. Am I being blind/stupid (it has been known!)?

OE - Tools - Options - Security - untick the 4th setting down.

One of the recent updates has set it to on.
