Securing "My Documents"

I have moved "My Documents" from C drive to D drive.
Now I find that this file can be viewed by people using all other accounts on this computer. How do I set Up "My Documents" so that only I can view them.

What you could do is either Winrar or Winzip the folder, when you are doing this choose that you want to create a password when you are creating the Winrar Winzip folder/file.

Once you have done this no one will be able to see the contents of the folder (only you). When you want to view/get access to the folder, you just run Winrar or Winzip (depending on which you have used to create it) enter the password and it will then restore the folder to the way it was originally.

Use TrueCrypt

not the easiest program to get to grips with, but with a strong enough password the documents will be safe from attack.

People seem to be recommending third party software to encrypt or lock "My Documents".

Now let me get this straight. Is it possible to make "My Documents" private if it is not on the same drive/partition as the operating system?
