Securing Excel Data

I have a client with a quoting excel spreadsheet which he needs to share with 4 other people in a windows XP network. He doesn't want to have the excel spreadsheet taken or copied but it would be a problem if they had to load a password each time they needed to open it. Does anyone know of a software/ hardware way to only allow the spreadsheet to be used on the 4 computers and if it was transfered to floppy wouldn't open on any other computer.
Thanks for any advice

I don't understand why it would be a "problem" to use a password.
