Secure website logon query

When using a secure site, such as home banking, is there a difference, from a security perspective, between clicking on 'submit' (or 'logon') and pressing 'enter' ?

I notice that some sites will not allow the use of the 'enter' key when signing in.

theres really no difference, it would just depend on the tab order of the buttons being organized and the submit button being set as default which is just a question of how the code is written.
