Hi, are you using Windows XP or Windows ME or Win '98 for example. (OS = Operating System)

  Technotiger 09:20 28 Mar 07

also what security do you use - Windows Firewall, AVG, AdAware - these are all Security items.

  Technotiger 09:22 28 Mar 07

ME again - also what browser do you use (IE6 or IE7 or Firefox) and what site are you trying to enter?

os = Operating System. (Windows XP, Vista etc)
security = anti-virus such as AVG, firewall such as Microsoft's own.

Hope this helps

You obviously have automatic updates activated in XP, that is why you got IE7 - I also kept IE6 in preference to IE7. Your pc may not actually have crashed - it could simply have been the auto updates re-starting your pc to complete the update.

What site is it that you are trying to access, and when you do try to access the site what 'error' message do you get?
