searchweb2 - browser hijack

Any advice on how I can get rid of this (blue toolbar, extra icons on desktop, home page being changed, pop-up blocker settings being changed etc) would be gratefully appreciated. I've installed and run both ad-aware and spybot but the problem remains. HijackThis also installed.

There's an exe file in a strangely named sub folder in my applications data folder. The file name keeps changing - and I can't delete it (file in use message). Is this (part of) the problem?

It seems some people have had some success using this tool click here download it, I would run it in safe mode, also turn off system restore. Good luck.

PS. Update it before you run it.

Thanks for all the advice. The lop uninstaller seems to have done the trick.
