SearchBar Toolbar - getting rid of it?!

Hi everyone

I installed a program which apparently came with bundled adware, and I now have a Searchbar toolbar in my internet explorer.

I've used ad-aware to get rid of all the adware it can detect, but I still have Searchbar in IE. I've disabled it using the view->toolbar menu, but ideally I'd like rid of it altogether.

How do I do this?

Thanks :-)
Scott

Do a search for Hijack, there are plenty of threads on this subject, they recommend using HijackThis I think. HTH TR

Is it called 'My Search'?, if so you can get rid in Add/Remove programs.

Always check your add remove first and if it is their go into saf mode and then add remove programme to remove it
