Download diagnostic software from their site and check it out

put in in another pc as a secondry driver and see if you can access it, leave in deep freeze first overnight this may give you short time access.

I unplug the drive, wait, plug it back in then the lights come on and it wirs for ~30secs (without PC detecting it), then all lights go out! I can't use the Seatools software as the PC can't see the HD.

Anyone know if I can use a generic power supply, or failing that how to rip out the hard drive unit and fit in some sort of cradle please?? Thanks
