SD/MMC slot

I have a pda a pocket pc running windows moblie 2003 which as a SD/MMC slot and was woundering if anyone could tell me if a CF card also fits into this slot proberbly a stupid question thanks for looking

As stated, no.

Secure Digital is the encrypted version of the MultiMedia Card (MMC) - each is similar in size but with very slight differences.

Most cameras using Secure Digital cards can also use MMC but it is not written in stone and the manual will advise as SD technology is quite recent.

Secure Digital cards also read/write slightly faster than MMC cards but in general use it's not noticeable.

Thanks thought not do the sell modem cards in the SD.MMC format I Can only find the CF modem card
