SD card connection on Motherboard

  GazMaz 13:39 16 Feb 05

Does anyone know if there is a product I could use to connect to a 10pin SD connector that exists on my motherboard.
Something that will fit into a spare 3.5 bay that would link to this spare connector?
Or am I dreaming!

You can buy multicard readers that will slot into a bay - many new systems come with them already equipped.

Some examples here:

Alternatively you can use a normal card reader/writer via a USB port or hub.

I have a small SD reader which I carry around in my Camera bag, but I wanted to try and utilise the connector, it seems that there are lots of internal multi readers, linking to an internal USB connector, I was thinking of keeping those clear.

Thanks again.
