Scrolling problem

When I scroll, instead of the page only moving up evenly it keeps overlapping each move. It still does the job but I find it hard to read as it scrolls. How can I get back to a normal scroll - I can't find it anywhere?

Try System Restore if using XP. Try re-installing your Browser. Try Firefox.

possibly corrupted mouse and/ or graphics driver
try reinstalling both

I use a lap-top. It is the method used on ALL programs and browsers. I don't think it is a fault it's just how it is set; might be acceptable to many folk, it just annoys me!

Not sure what you mean by "overlapping each move".
You could try:
Start,Control Panel,Printers and other hardware, mouse, select 'buttons' tab, select scrolling size 1 line and check the 'Use MS Compatible scroll only' and the 'Scroll in active window only' boxes are ticked.
