Many Moons ago I downloaded and installed a program called "Script Sentry" - to give option of allowing scripts to run or not when opening web pages.

Very useful, but I felt it had outlived its usefullness.

First step - disable it in the start-up menu.
Looked with msconfig, but no sign of Script Sentry at all.

OK next step unistall the programme. An uninstall option was provided, so I took that. It told me it was uninstalling and that final bits would be removed upon re-boot.

Re-Booted - Program has dissapeared from the start menu, in fact I can find no trace of it anywhere. Yipee !!!
BUT - log on to net and there it is, telling me that scripts are usually OK and do I want to allow them to run ?

I love it really, but it has outstayed its welcome.

Any Suggestions ?

Regards,
Blott
