Upload the screenshot to the image hosting site that Technotiger has linked to, or to "Imageshack" click here then post the link that they give you. Your screenshot will not appear in your post, but a link to your screenshot will appear. Anyone wishing to view your screenshot will click on that link and be taken to the site to view your screenshot. for example:

Perhaps a little more detail will help you, as you did not indicate your Image manipulating ability.
Here goes
With the image in screen press Alt/PrtScr together.
One will capture the image only, the other captures the whole desktop.
Open your Image Editor, click on Edit, click on paste as new image.
You can then manipulate the image some, if you wish to and use File/Save As to direct the image to place where you can find it later.
I have in my MyPictures a folder named uploads, any images I am going to upload gets deposited there

From here you can now go online and call-up any of the Image Hosting services available
Here is another to try

Thank you all for the advice.

When I have some time to spare I will attempt to follow the instructions.

I have taken a Screen Shot showing the problem of overlapping text and uploaded it to a Host.

How do I convert the URL of my sreen shot to a "click here" link?

  MAJ 15:21 14 Apr 07

Just paste the link into your reply, the forum software does the rest.

Thanks MAJ

On some Web pages but not all, the text overlaps as per the attached link.
How can I correct this?

In IE, View, Text Size, Medium. You're probably set to Large at the moment.

I am set at Medium Text Size already
