My screen resolution is stuck on the minimum setting of 480 x 640 and I am unable to change this. I cannot get the "slider" to move to change this.
I am running on windows 98 SE.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Has this just happened or have you done something to cause it like re-install.

I did install Adobe photoshop elements which I have now uninstalled to no effect

The reason I asked was I re- installed XP and believe it or not I could only get 16 bit graphics afterwards. I had to download the latest drivers to get it to work. You may have to do that.

i have a similar problem with my mates laptop, he somehow changed the resolution down to 640x480, and now when i bring up the display properties box, its too big for the screen.
ive tried right clicking the title bar, selecting move and using the cursors but no joy, it'll only let me move it with the lil finger pad, and that stops when the title bar reaches the top of the screen, any ideas anyone?

I switched off the power to the PC while working on house wiring. When reinstated I was able to change the settings and all is well!
