I want to scan some photos in but when I try printing them they are a little smaller than the original. How do I print them so they are the same size?
Thanks

Dazwm, it depends on the software you are using to process the photos. Any good photo processing software will have a resampling option in which you can specify both the dots per inch (dpi) and the image size.

As Gongoozler, Plus you should not need more than 200 dpi to scan if it's a good scanner. Picture Publisher 8 does what you want. I use it

When you scan the photos in are you selecting them to be scanned at the correct size

Yes, I always select "use original size" but when I print them they are about 1cm square too small.

Use Irfanview click here as you can resize to exact sizes (pixels, cm, inches etc) when printing or resizing.

Better to "scan big" and then resize down to the size you want.
