The problem seems to be register.exe a program that reads "sch files to give you reminders for registering programs"Do not no if that applies in your case.
It might be that the program file is missing or corrupted and is giving this error message. It may be fixed by not having the register program start up at all when the computer is first turned on.
To try that,Click Start,Click Run,Type msconfig
Click Startup. Now look in the list.
If you see a line named load = and on the right of that line is register.exe anywhere or "sch"
anywhere then uncheck that line.If there are more than one line un-check.
Or if you see a register.exe or similar then that might be the problem. Uncheck that if you see it.
Now click OK. Then if it asks you to restart click OK.When you restart that error message "may" not occur.
