Error Code 10 When Attempting To Use The Scanner (Windows)
You receive an Error Code 10 while accessing the scanner.
This is usually caused by the shipping lock not being in the Unlocked position or not fully releasing.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Release the shipping lock, located on the bottom of the scanner and attempt to scan again.
If error code still is present,
Lock the scanner's shipping lock and then unlock it and attempt to scan.
If the problem still persist, after trying these suggestions, could indicate hardware failure. Please contact Visioneer Technical Support for assistance.
