Hello everyone. A friend of mine has asked me if its possible to save a radion station broadcast to a pen drive. he says he has downloaded a live streaming radio station to itunes which plays ok and now wants to save it to a pen drive. I am ignorant about saving streaming programs this way., could anyone advise me please many thanks

If he as already saved the broadcast audio to a file it is no longer 'streaming' (which means listening to it live) so if he has saved it, it will now be just another file in his itunes like his music is. Do you happen to know the file ext? is it .mp3 or something else?

What format is the file saved in Itunes? you should be able just to copy it to the pen drive from the itunes folder but do you want a portable player to play it on the mem stick?

Hi lotvic and Fruit Bat/\0/\ thank you for your replies I will need to ask him the format, I thought Itunes was AAC or something, and will ask him if he wants a portable player. will have to post back tomorrow, best regards
