each image i save has the details along the bottom of the image IE:536x684x2 100%, and so on

even of i try and crop it off, it is still there, has not been like it in the past, so somewhere I have clicked the wrong thing, any ideas.

If you wish to keep the original file(s), use Save As.

hi, it is the wording across the bottom of it I can not get rid off, telling me when I saved it and the size and so on, I am certain it has not been on them before, thanks

Select "View" from the bar across the top of the screen > select Thumbnails instead of Details.

hi, the thumbnails do not have the details on them, but as soon as they are made normal size, all the text is across the bottom.

Which program are you using to view them?

  Ikelos 14:55 29 Aug 07

hi,I use irfanview, if i need to crop them down i use Microcrafx picture publisher, but no way can i get rid of the details.thanks

if I save an image from the net, it has no details on it, but it has when I save it.

It sounds like you've found an option to display EXIF info on the picture but I can't find that option in IrfanView!?!

  Ikelos 15:20 29 Aug 07

if that is what it is called perhaps there is light at the end of the tunnel, thanks

  Stuartli 15:59 29 Aug 07

If you open a photo file in Irfanview and then click on the i button on the Toolbar just before the + and - buttons), the EXIF information is made available.
