saving bbc radiobroadcasts to disk/harddrive

Is it possible to save programs from BBC (and other) radio programs? I am using Windows 98 and have Windows Media Player and Real Player. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I use JetAudio free from click here

This will play and record almost anything thrown at it. It needs to be set up to be able to play Real files (.ram, .ra)
