Save Now adverts popping up in bottom right corner

Hi. I have an annoying problem which I can't seem to solve.

Almost every time I download a different web page I'm bombarded with a Save Now advertisement, which pops up in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

I have tried ad-aware, and a Wishbone Toolbox by Google. These have stopped all other adverts from getting through, except this one. Am I doing something wrong?
