Save me from Browser Hijacker

I run an internet cafe with all the clients no CD Drives and floppy drives. One of the clients' browser IE 6 has been hijacked by one homepage called click here and brings on all those nasty websites that's killing my business. Is there any software I can use to delete this from the registry as I have tried Adaware and others but this thing keeps coming up. I gone to the Ad/Remove panel to uninstall anything, but I found no trace of this software. And you know the Internet timer I use hides the Run facility so I can't go into the run area. Please help me out if at all there's anything I can do to remove this unwanted homepage and links from IE6 links and others.

Thanks for your understanding and Merry Xmas and New year in advance.
