SATA Hard drive

I have a SATA hard drive from failed PC and want to copy info onto other PC that doesn't have a SATA connection. There are various cards available (from ebuyer) that allow SATA connection to the MB. Is this the best way? All I want to do is get the old info off the HD and then use it for storage/backup.

Thanks.

Thanks very much. Bought the caddy and tranferred the photos over last night. Perfect.
