Safe to delete 'Temp' files in D: drive?

Hey...is it safe for a cleanup program to delete all files stored in my D/temp folder? Thanks

Probably, but why not check what is there first.
If you are happy that some program has put them there for temporary purposes only then it is quite safe to make it a routine clear up.

Some cleanup programs will delete things irrevocably, a safer way would be for the first time to delete them manually, because if they are needed they will still be in the recycle bin unless you have cleaned that too!
