I have a desk top PC which I would like to run on it's side to save space. Is this likely to cause any problems? Thanks
Should be fine. Check the CD drawer to see if it has tabs for vertical use. I would also advise you get some sticky rubber feet to cut down on shock and vibration carried through the chassis.Marvin
The desktop PCs we buy at the College where I work all come with feet that adapt them to allow standing on their edge. As Paranoid Android says you have to be careful about inserting CDs if your drive uses a tray.
Thanks for the very fast replies. Much appreciated.Young Ranger
