Running AutoRoute Express 2000

  Old_Nick 12:50 20 Jan 04

I have had installed and run successfully AutoRoute Express 2000 on my current computer (Pentium 4 2.8 running windows xp Home Addition)

Now I receive a message "failed to initialise" followed by "Programme can no longer run"

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problem whether running from CD or from hard disk.

Any ideas please

Hope Big Elf's link cures it - I have the same program, which has successfully weathered the transition from 98SE to XP Pro without incident.

Thanks Big Elf, having been unable to reinstall MDAC 2.5 in XP tried later versions without ant apparant change.

Have now taken the line of least resistance and ordered the 2004 version
