RunDLL32.exe & Zonealarm permission

Could you help me with a minor problem?

I have just installed the latest Zonealarm and have configured it to the apps that need to access the internet - no probs.

But I'm not sure if the above .exe needs access. I have examined previous threads and although they're helpful in telling me what the file does, I would like to know if I should simply let it have access or whether there are any security issues involved in doing so.

It didn't bother me a month ago - as I was only on line when I needed to be I think I had allowed it access. But now I have a broadband connection and I'm connected most of the day....

As a matter of interest, are there any other apps in windows you know about that may ask for access that don't really need it?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you're not sure what something is or why it's trying to access the internet, then don't let it.
